Classes are "pay what you can" in an effort to keep yoga accessible to all who need to practice. Suggested $5 donation, but that is neither ceiling nor floor.

ROAR * RELEASE * REPAIR
I first began practicing yoga in college to help with anxiety. I found early on I loved the way similar things from my training intertwined with yoga; breath, voice, movement, energy work, emotional centers, and chakra work to name a few. It remained a tool through the years that followed. For a gypsy always on the move for her work, my practice became my stable ground, my mat my place to rest.
I chose to earn my 200 hour Vinyasa certification as an act of self love. Years of overworking my body and soul left me craving a deeper understanding of the practice. What I found along the way was more than I could have hoped. I have discovered a passion for helping others use yoga to mend, to tap into their own power, and to light up their lives.
Pantanjali writes in the Yoga Sutras of the word, pratprasavah. It is a sanskrit word meaning “to go back to the original state”. I am continuing my practice to work towards repairing my own heart, body and mind; hoping to return it to a state of being before life ever took some of the magic away.
